Aug 20, 2006 On tap at the Auburn Pub. Pours a light amber with a foamy white head. Aroma is lemon zest, malt, and a little hint of goldings hops. Flavor is pretty similar, lemon bite on your tongue followed mid sip by a sweet gentle flavor with a slightly bitter end. Pretty nice drinking hot weather beer. Although it was a bit stinging on the palate and extremely watery feeling on the tongue. Not sure how long this one will be around, but I’ll bet it’s a pretty limited offering.
