May 28, 2007 On tap at the Portland brewpub location on 5/27/07. I really was happy to see a new beer on tap, and i went back today to have another and they were out. Hopefully it’ll be back soon. This was a pretty good Pils. Nose wast musty malt, like a cellar. Poured a golden orange color with a thin white foam head. Flavors were sort of biscuity and caramelly with some notes of some lighter malts also. Pretty tasty new beer.
