Apr 19, 2007 Cask sample at the brewpub: Pours a cloudy yellow/orange color with a medium rocky white head. Very little lacing is evident. Aroma of spices and floral hops. Light-bodied and smooth with a lightly spiced character, along with notes of flowers and yeast. The finish is mildly bitter hops with a lingering floral character. Straightforward and tasty.
