The flavors were bread and potatoes with some pecans. I am SOOO excited that brewpubs are now getting in the act of producing clones of past masterpieces like Schlitz and Natty Boh, let me tell you. Anyway....pale gold with a smallish ring of head, no lacing....faintly grassy, corn-sugarish aroma, reasonably fresh but dull....odd cidery character on the tongue with a trace of ashes, a bit of DMS shows up in the nose as it warms to almost room temp....seems a bit off, overall.
