Draft sampler pours amber and a off white head. Aroma of malt, grain and a touch of hops. Taste is the roasted malts and a hip finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

tap at the brewpub - Pours light amber-orange with a lasting off-white head that laces well. There’s lots of caramel in the aroma. The flavor is very sweet and full of caramel with a slightly toasty note.

Incredible lacing. Sheeting more than lacing. Very soft malt. Not too sweet, but kind of dull.

On tap at the brew pug as part of their sampler...Pours a light copper, hint of amber, light tan head...The aroma is tons of caramel, light rye but that’s about it. Too much caramel on an amber...The taste is really dead, a really super light amber ale. It doesn’t taste bad or good, just not a whole lot here, worth skipping.

This poured an amber color with a white head. Aroma was pretty bland, some grassy notes and caramel. Flavor was much the same as the aroma, watery and hollow with some bittering hops and toasted malt

Bottle. Poured a bleak amber with a creamy head. Aroma had notes of grain and caramel. Flavor had similar malt notes with a bit of hops giving it a bitter finish.

No head or lacing. Nice color. Rather bland overall. Malts predominate with a earthy aftertaste. Nothing stood out for me as particularly noteworthy.
