Ungstrup (11378), Frederiksberg, Denmark Feb 18, 2008 Bottled. A hazy dark golden beer with a thick orange head. The aroma is sweet and very fruity combined with light notes of spices of which coriander is the strongest. The flavor is sweet fruity - oranges being most dominant, but also with spicy notes fo coriander and cloves making it rather dry, and finally theres also a light wheaty note. The body is thin, but still the alcohol tickles the tongue - the combination could be due to a low level of residual suagar. Thanks to BelJohansen for sharing. omhper (10728), Stockholm, Sweden Jul 15, 2008 Bottled at Petalax Beer Festival. Hazy deep golden, brief lively head. Yeasty nose with some orange and vanilla. Sweet and medium-full bodied with arousing canteloupe-like estery alcohol, creamy sweet maltiness and spun sugar. There are notes of mustard seeds and the malt turns grainy and chewy. Finishes somewhat sticky with with head held high in elegance. Papsoe (10459), Frederiksberg, Denmark Mar 12, 2008 (Bottle 75 cl) Courtesy of faroeviking.
