Amber coloured beer with average carbonation and a medium white head. Some yeast parts. Stong herby grainy malty to almost bread hinted aroma. Full creamy palate; Finish is bitter vanilla sweet and yeasty touched with a slight alcoholic hint near the end. Not bad.

Good, slighlty ochre head, over light copper-gold beer. Very flowery nose, unripe fruity, strawberry, delicate but obviously psiced; Sweet-sourish initially, ending in just bitter-roasted, with hard gingerbread speculoos, toasted malts with some bitterness. Medium bodied, slickness, just a hint of alcohol in the finish. Very nice nose. Balanced beer, but it bores quickly.

From Bottle 33 cl. bought at The Beer Brothers Zomerbierfestival, Mechelen. IAlmost clear golden color, with small head. Aroma fruits, malts, hops. Medium body. Taste refreshing, first sweet malts, fruits, bitterness. A good tripel. Re-tasting @ home 26.07.09 Good tripel one of the best beers from this brewer.

From bottle at The Beer Brothers Zomerbierfestival, Mechelen. Intensely yellow, small head. Fruitry aroma with some sourness. Well-balanced sour fruit flavours, matching well with sweet malts. Fizzy. Not bad.
