4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 Quack-Duck (6811) - Down South, GERMANY - JAN 25, 2013
bottle from kevnic2008 - danke! Clear pale yellow, large and creamy white head. Lovely hop aroma, very aromatic with fresh hay. Elegant malt base, fine carbonation that suports the flavours perfectly. Delicious aromatic hops, grassy and resiny with a touch of hay and citrus fruit. What a delicious beer, a truly superb example of the style. Anytime again - a pleasure!

Golden clear body, white head. Grassy hops, paper, sugary malts. The palate is sweetness. Overall a boring beer.
3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 PalCabral (94) - SWEDEN - NOV 13, 2011
Bottle brought back from Darmstadt by my trophy wife. Pours hazy light golden, with a lilly white thickish head that slowly settles but never goes away. It looks real nice and as the beer warma a little the haze goes. Discrete aroma, Hallertauer Mittelfrüh? Some metal in the aroma too. The taste is more rewarding, malt and noble german hops in harmony. I’d guess it at 30-35 IBU, Mittelfrüh mostly. Reminds me of Radeberger. The carbonation is a tad too high for my taste but the mouthfeel is nevertheless very good. A much better Grohe beer than the Hell. If I had it on the shelf of my local Systembolaget it would come home with me.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 fiulijn (12179) - Malmö, DENMARK - JUN 7, 2011
Bottle from the brewery Hazy blond color. Mild aroma of malt and common hop. Correct mouthfeel; there is a partially good malt flavor, with light residual sweetness that makes it more pleasant; correct bitterness, even without specific noble hop; there is also a light cereals character. Among German bottled beers, one of the most drinkable.
