30cl. Bottle. Pours clear yellow with white head. Aroma little citrus, lots of malts. Taste sweet. Mouthfeel thin. It’s disappointing, grolsch came with a new lentebock last year and instead of making it better it’s still not that good. :(

300 ml bottle from Super Food in Palm Beach, Aruba. Amber orange color. Brief white head. Slight fruity malt nose. Hints of caramel. Tart caramel malt flavor has notes of apples and citrus hops. Slightly bitter mid taste. Dry finish.

Bottle. Light gold color, relatively flat foam head. Aroma of pilsner infused with apples, almost cider like. First sip, pilsner taste with a bit more punch, quite bitter though and not that well rounded. Aftertaste is a little bitter, small sweetness kick, the apple taste slightly returns here. The beer loses taste fast. Too much like a normal pilsner.

Golden yellow with a long foamy white head that stays for a while. The smell and aroma are a strong citrus scent, it took me some time to get used to that. The aftertaste has noticable carbonation and ’standard’ pilsner-like malt and hops. I like this one as a seasonal beer of spring! But wouldn’t drink it on occasion.

Een prima lente biertje wat het goed zal.doen op het terras. Alleen door toevoeging van suiker te zoet.

0.5l can from Jumbo. Clear gold pour with white head. Aroma is quite fruity, grassy hops, spicy boozy notes, light lemony character. Taste is malty, biscuity sweetness, nice hoppiness, slightly boozy finish. Didn’t like it so much at the beginning but it really grew onto me. Nice beer.

Improvement over the earlier version because it isn’t candy sweet anymore. I like the use of citra, still it isn’t my favorite.
