Silné pivo s hutnou chutí a nasládlým vocasem.

Bottle from Albert Heijn.Clear gold beer. Good white head. Very sweet malt that turns creamy. Trace of fruit. A bit sickly sweet even for someone who likes a sweet beer!

Bottle 0,30ltr: Golden coloured brew with an quite sweet taste, and there is not much bitternesh. And bitternesh is whats Grolsch beers al about.

Bottle @ home. Aroma is faint malt, some hay, some sugar. Flavour is very sweet and slightly artificial. No thanks.

Pours a clear golden-straw with a hefty-sized white head. The head looks like beaten egg whites with huge bubbles. Slight lacing as the head quickly recedes. Little bit of an alcohol aroma mixed with honey and a slight off aroma, almost a sourness to it. Bit of a grassy nose to it, but ever so slight. Slight honey taste. Little bit hot. Almost as if this was a high ABV pils they added honey to. Strange, but not overly annoying. Not as good as I hoped and really not that great a beer. The honey taste seems to translate to a stickiness that coats the corners of the mouth and tongue. Bit of a honey aftertaste as well. While not bad to quaff one bottle every now and then, I don’t think I could go through these that often or in much more quantity than one. A bit let down by this one. Oh well, it was cheap.

Bottled, 300ml from a Supermarket in Hardewijk, Netherlands. Yellow gold with slight head. Thick, syrupy, sugary beer, quite flaccid in character with some caramel and a little spicing. It was a close your eyes and throw back quickly beer.

Bottlle.Medium gold with vanishing lace. Fake, sugary aroma. sweet, syrupy, with sugary malt, strong booze, no hops. Gross, really. What are they thinking? Pancake syrup?
