2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pours a light golden yellow color. Aromas of a little skunk(think Grolsch Jr), nice hints of malt and grass. Flavor is an almost watered down version of its big brother, with some of the taste.

12 oz. Bottle - If one feels the need to drink a light beer, this is certainly one of the best options. I don’t know if they use corn in it, but it certainly tasted like it. Some crisp maliness.

In the bottle. Thanks to Jim at Cornhusker beverage for the free bottle. When it pours, it pours with such a big head that I could not get it all in a 0.4L Kulmbacher glass. The head is very white and fluffy to this golden colored beer. The first aroma is slightly skunked, but outside of the polecat, I can get a bit of a toasted aroma as well as some mild floral notes. In the carbonation department, this seems smoother than regular Grolsch. This has a significant bitter aftertaste for a "Lite" beer. There’s actually flavor here, so it can’t be a real light beer. Reminds me a bit of drinking a St. Pauli Girl at the old Continental Cafe in Chapel Hill.

2.2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
12oz bottle pours golden with a short white head that didn’t stay long. Aromas of light grains and light bread. Flavor ifs about the same. Some light grassy hops finish it. Palate is light, crisp and clean. Like most light beers this one is light in flavor as well as calories.

Enjoyed this beer pretty well yesterday, but unfortunately Amsterdam interferes with me writing a quality writeup for this beer.

Its Grolsch Light. What do you think it taste like? I’ll tell you: It tastes like Grolsch. Only lighter. Geez, I swear, I must be a glutton for punishment.

I got this bad boy at family Liquor in east Dubuque, IL. Luckily, I was able to get a single bottle. The body is a surprisingly dark gold that approaches orange. The head is thick and creamy. The smell is cheap bread, walnuts and some grass. The taste has some slight plastic along with a little bit of carrots and burnt potatoes. At least it has a light body and is not skunky.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Definitively one of the best tasting imported light beers. Much more original taste and flavor in comparison with other light beers, especially that new Heineken light and Beck’s light. Worth to try.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Green bottle poured a golden yellow with a good fizzy head and sticky spider web lacing.
Aroma of sweet malt, corn and grass.
Flavor is sweet corn and malt with a tangy finish...not bad at all for a green bottle beer.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Actually, not bad for a light lager. Golden with active carbonation and a decent white head, it’s got a light bready malt aroma with a solid herbal/floral hop bitterness. Both carry through in good balance in the tase, finishing with a sharp, bitter finish.
