Another simple Lager with no real hights. Bit pissy, bit malty and a bit of nothing. Still quite drinkable and becoming better and better after every sip. Just an ok one.

Slight cloudy yellow-golden colour with steady low head and medium body. Nose of bitterness. Taste of medium bitter hops, unripe grains, cereals, spruce and grass. Easy to drink but only because it was drunken cold at a warm spring day. Metallic finish.

Earlier Rating: 6/16/2011 Total Score: 1.5
Test vom 20.3.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,6,5,2,9,4 - 4,80

UPDATED: MAR 26, 2013 I think this is nice, but can’t remember fully. I had in Richmond recently and I think I enjoyed it well enough for a lager. Also got a free pint in a pub in central London.

Doesn’t really compare with the best blondes, but for a Grolsch beer, this one isn’t that bad. Has a bit of the bite you’d expect, fairly sweet, with a nice appearance.

Can. Light golden, lots of bubbles, with a lively white head that collapses quickly. Muted sweet grainy aroma. Watery grainy flavour, little in the way of hops. Whatever.
