Probably one of my favorite lagers even though I am not a big lager fan. Very bitter, very distinctive. But it’s hard to argue with a bottle that becomes a pretty cool toy when you are getting buzzed. Me and my bud used to try to weave the cap out of the metal wiring and throw them around. The O-Ring is pretty cool too. I bet it would be neat to take a bunch of caps and make them into a necklace or something.

A bit of light struck aromas, thin, a bit more hopping than the typical yellow fizzy beer.

Nice bottle, nice beer. Good strong distinctive taste. An above average yet uninspiring premium lager

Slightly more clean and smooth than Heinie, but otherwise not a whole lot of difference. The swingtop is the only really original thing this beer has going for it. However, it has a simple job to perform, and it does it competently.

UPDATED: JUL 1, 2003 Skunky hop aroma. Golden color, white head, fair lace. Refreshing, light, light bitter. Bit more bitterness in the finish. Certainly less bitter than until a few years ago.

Nifty bottle, average lager. Lots of hops.
