Got a bottle from a friend, so i had to drink it Smells like canned corn and light malt, with subtle skunky notes. The head wasnt that bad, even left a little bit of lacing. Low (but unpleasant) bitterness, medium-low malty sweetness. Honestly wasnt as bad as i expected

Can from Rema. Pours golden with a good white head. Aroma and taste is malt, grain, hay, grass. Watery. Soft carbonation. Light bitter finish.

One of the few lagers i could recommend. While Grolsch is clearly not something you’d bring for a degustation, it pretty well does the job for a refreshing drink on a hot summer day. It taste like a real beer at least, unlike most of the commercial lagers. A cool casual beer. Just like they said: "No Grolsch, No Glory !" APPROVED BY TAVERNY’S BLACK METAL CREW !

Clear golden, medium head. Aroma: some herbal hops and skunk. Taste is surprisingly well balanced, bitterness is low, but the taste is not overhelmed by typical euro lager sweetness. A grainy and spicy aftertaste, possibly from hops, is also present. Somehow similar to heineken, but better.

Best part about having friends who drink this kind of stuff is that it lets me spend money on better beers. Golden pour, a bit of haze, large rocky cap. Herbs and grass in the aroma and taste, lightly skunky. Thin body. Pedestrian commercial lager, which puts it near the front of the pack for its genre.

Everybody loves these swing-top bottles, but what about the beer itself? Golden color. Aromas of maize, biscuity malts, and a bit of noble hop aroma. Quite malty and balanced. Starts a bit sweet and finishes dry with some grassy, herbal hop flavor. It is amazing that there’s a pale lager that you can actually taste some hop character. Much better than its peers, but still not my style.

Kolor słomkowy. Piana jasna, szybko znika. Słaby zapach, trochę karton. Smak trochę wodnisty, nieprzyjemna goryczka. Słaby lager.
