The beer has a typical pilsener look. The color of the beer is a light golden yellow and the beer is crystal clear. Some gas bubbles are rising towards the top. The beer pours a rough white foam, that collapses quickly to leave almost nothing. The smell of the beer is nice. It is bitter and sweet. I smell some nice hops, giving the beer a fresh and a little herbal/grassy aroma. Besides hops I smell some sweet bready malts. This is nice in combination with the hops. The beer has a stronger hop aroma than most beers. This comes back in the taste. The beer has a decent bitterness. I taste some nice hops, giving the beer a fresh bittersweet and slightly sour flavor. The malts complete this beer. It’s an easy drinkable thirst quencher, with a nice flavor and aroma. It’s better than most factory pilseners or pale lagers.

Közepes, gyorsan eltűnő hab, borostyán szín. Tipikus, lágeres illat. Kommersz lágerekre hasonlít, kissé emlékeztet a régi heinekenre. Közepesen testes, kesernyés utóízzel.

Got a bottle from a friend, so i had to drink it Smells like canned corn and light malt, with subtle skunky notes. The head wasnt that bad, even left a little bit of lacing. Low (but unpleasant) bitterness, medium-low malty sweetness. Honestly wasnt as bad as i expected

Can from Rema. Pours golden with a good white head. Aroma and taste is malt, grain, hay, grass. Watery. Soft carbonation. Light bitter finish.

One of the few lagers i could recommend. While Grolsch is clearly not something you’d bring for a degustation, it pretty well does the job for a refreshing drink on a hot summer day. It taste like a real beer at least, unlike most of the commercial lagers. A cool casual beer. Just like they said: "No Grolsch, No Glory !" APPROVED BY TAVERNY’S BLACK METAL CREW !

Clear golden, medium head. Aroma: some herbal hops and skunk. Taste is surprisingly well balanced, bitterness is low, but the taste is not overhelmed by typical euro lager sweetness. A grainy and spicy aftertaste, possibly from hops, is also present. Somehow similar to heineken, but better.

Best part about having friends who drink this kind of stuff is that it lets me spend money on better beers. Golden pour, a bit of haze, large rocky cap. Herbs and grass in the aroma and taste, lightly skunky. Thin body. Pedestrian commercial lager, which puts it near the front of the pack for its genre.
