Bottle. It poured a clear sparkling yellow with a light golden hue and had an average sized (1-2 finger) white frothy head that diminished almost completely but did have some retention throughout thus producing some fair lacing. The aroma was pretty basic for a lager. The nose was crisp with a mild grain malt, a moderate grassy hop and a somewhat barnyard scented yeast with a light odor of wet cardboard. It tasted very mildly sweet and acidic at first, and then became slightly bitter with a mild crisp hoppy flavor at the end that stayed with you just long enough to put a nice finish on this brew. Mouthfeel was nice and light in body and a bit watery in texture with a nice light creaminess. The carbonation was quite lively, almost fizzy. Overall as I stated before, it is a nice crisp hoppy lager. One I have drank in the past and will again in the future. Very Drinkable!!

Plastic glass at Salisbury Racecourse; yellow-gold, tight white head; clean, crisp lemony malt, packs a bigger punch than many similar strength macro lagers; refreshing enough and a decent ’go to’ beer when the choice is appalling, like at the races!

All tastes in this beer are hardly there. Light bitterness, a light hint of hops, a minimal hint of malts. There is just nothing going on at all in this beer. No character. Just a watery generic bingebeer that leans heavily on advertising. Their big bottle is cool ofcourse. Speaking of their bottles... they are green... result: a pretty big proportion of bottles is skunked.

It tastes skunky like a lager. It is what it is. I mean, I’d probably have gotten here eventually, but those damn Untappd badges drew me in. Clean, crisp, but ever so slightly sweet. Whatever.

Bottle. Aroma of grassy hops, hay. Poured clear golden with a minimal white head that was immediately gone. Starts with a hoppy bitterness and doesn’t do very much else. Pretty bland.

I was in a pub. My mate knew I was there. He must’ve checked on Ratebeer, known what they sell at the pub. And then without any request from me whatsoever texted me to say that I’d not rated Grolsch and I should find it there. What a guy.

Just a regular pilsner. Bright yellow color, and a slight hoppy bitter aroma. It tastes a little bit bitter and hoppy. The aftertaste is also slightly bitter but doesn’t last long. Een dertien-in-een-dozijn pils. Heldere gele kleur, en een licht aroma. De smaak is lichtbitter en hoppig. De nasmaak is eveneens licht bitter en snel weg.
