Draught at Man in the Moon. Hazy golden colour with a large white head. Aroma is wheat, malt, citrus, fruit. Flavour is citrus, wheat, malt. Surprisingly good.

Average beer nothing special. No competition for the real german weizener. Weihenstephaner still the best.

Poured a cloudy yellow with a small off white head. Aroma of spiced banana. Medium body, flavour as per the aroma with a citrus hint.

Pours hazy golden. Aroma of grass, wheat and banana. Taste is dry with lots of banana, grass and some small citrus tones. Totally ok weizen.

It’s a quite simple beer, tastes not bad but it isn’t a compliment to your easter dinner. Price-quality is okay.

Pours a cloudy golden colour with a white head. Aroma of wheat, grains and some citrusy notes. Flavour of wheat, grainy malts, dough, bread and low bitterness. Some citrusy tartness. Light bodied, slick mouthfeel and high carbonation. Easy to forget.

Orange colored, unclear weizen beer. The aroma is very present and sweet, and it even reminds me of white beans... It tastes sweet and like a typical german weizen. Little sweet aftertaste.
Oranjekleur, troebel weizenbier. Het aanwezige aroma is zoetig en doet me in de verte denken aan witte bonen. De smaak is zoetig en dat lijkt weer veel op de typische weizensmaak. Ook de nsamaak is zoetig.

Een donkere troebele kleur, met een volle smaak. Niet teveel koolzuur en lekkere nasmaak.

A very nice white beer. Since I’m not a Grolsch-fan this was a nice suprise. It’s not a Weihenstephanen, but it comes close.

This is probably the best beer to bear the Grolsch name. Slightly weak bodied. but with some nice wheat and citrus aroma and a mild hop bite.
