Nov 24, 2009 This beer has a pour of a light gold with a bit of haze. The head is this with little lacing. The aroma is cloves, corriander, and banana. There are hints of citrus, likely orange peel. The flavor has hints of all the same. Generally taken over by the clove and banana.

Sep 16, 2009 Draft in Hengelo, Netherlands. Pours a hazy, glowing, yellowish golden hue. A tall, foamy, snow white head settles slowly to a thin film, leaving a soapy wash to mostly rejoin the body. The aroma shows banana esters, lemon
zest, and doughy, bready yeast over a nearly neutral, lightly sweet wheat malt base. Flavors follow suit, light citrus essences peeking through a clean, glazed wheat grain base, with hints of banana. Thin and watery on the palate, with moderate carbonation, it’s easy to drink a ton of it. Decent hot weather session beer, but otherwise completely forgettable.

The flavor is dominated by banana, with some cloves, wheat and a little bitterness. Too short finish, but appropriate bitterness. Medium body, effervescent. A decent hefe-weizen, nothing more. 090619

Aug 18, 2009 33cl bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a big head that is short lived. Aroma is lots of wheat with hints of alcohol and citrus.Taste is a bit metallic with some wheat and alcohol. A bit watery. Small hints of banana.
