Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20081117] downender (2537), Bristol, Gloucestershire, England Dec 28, 2008 Bottle from ASDA. Cloudy gold in colour with a decent, frothy white head. Aroma of citrus, cloves and bananas. mouth feel was slightly grainy, with a suggestion of sour dough in the flavour along with spices and more bananas. A Hefeweizen that ticked all the boxes but was not particularly memorable. EFC1878 (291), Manchester, Greater Manchester, England Dec 18, 2008 Cloudy orange with thin, rapidly vanishing head. Spicy wheat aroma with clove, banana and a hint of smoke. Sharp citrus flavour with the usual banana and clove notes. Carbonation gives a pleasant light palate. Considered as a wheat beer there are far superior offerings out there but, taken on its own terms, this is a very pleasant tasting summery beer. rosenbergh (843), Helsinki, Finland Dec 16, 2008 Updated: Dec 30, 2008Draught (500 ml) at Bierhuis Rotterdam, Helsinki, Finland.
Too carbonated to be great Weizen.
Not bad at all but can´t compete with Bavarian Hefeweizen.
