flavor is very nice. well balanced citrus and wheat and yeast flavors, with a end that stays dry and balanced.

Unclear light to medium yellow orange color with a average to large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, banana, rubber and barnyard notes. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20081117]

Dec 28, 2008 Bottle from ASDA. Cloudy gold in colour with a decent, frothy white head. Aroma of citrus, cloves and bananas. mouth feel was slightly grainy, with a suggestion of sour dough in the flavour along with spices and more bananas. A Hefeweizen that ticked all the boxes but was not particularly memorable.

Dec 18, 2008 Cloudy orange with thin, rapidly vanishing head. Spicy wheat aroma with clove, banana and a hint of smoke. Sharp citrus flavour with the usual banana and clove notes. Carbonation gives a pleasant light palate. Considered as a wheat beer there are far superior offerings out there but, taken on its own terms, this is a very pleasant tasting summery beer.
