App.: Cloudy orange-gold with a tight white meringue.
Aroma: Oranges and citrus, sweet, light esters of banana and tropical fruit, a touch tangy, some brown sugar, a little yeast, quite fruity.
Palate: Medium-ish body, moderate effervescence.
Flav.: Yeast and dough are more pronounced, tropical fruits, particularly pineapple, light citrus, light honey; dry with a bit of a fruity finish and a touch of banana esters.
