Test vom 8.8.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche

gyllenbock (1920) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - OCT 2, 2011
On tap at the Brewpub in Hamburg, October 1, 2011. Hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma and taste of orange with a very light bitterness and body. Actually quite refreshing, not as sweet as Fanta and other soft drinks.

330 ml bottle in Germany thanks to Steptin. I am not a big Radler fan and only drink then when offered. They are not worthy of being labled beer in my mind but anyway. Aroma is of an Orange and malt mix. Taste is not too sweet and it even keeps its bitterness. Different for a Radler type drink. Palate is lasting and bitter. As a drink its ok, as a beer is sucks like most Radlers.

Hazy orange with a medium off white head. Sweet aroma with oranges. Sweet flavor with oranges and fanta. If it was slightly moore carbonated you would have a Fanta. Finished sweet.

Bottled. An unclear orange beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of orange sodapop. The flavor is sweet with notes of orange sodapop and artificial sweetener, leading to a dry finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Orange indeed, looks pretty much like semi-filtered orange juice! Has a small orangey off-white head. Rather intense orange aroma. Thin body, very dry orange accents - and very artificial. With a little more sweetness this could be a Fanta. 080910

Maria (8585) - Thisted, DENMARK - MAR 10, 2010
Bottle at the brewpub. The color is unclear orange and the head is peach colored and creamy. The aroma has notes of orange soda-pop. The flavour is sweet with notes of orange soda-pop, light lemon and beer and the finish is dry with a very light bitterness and a twist of orange-peel at the very end. It’s OK and refreshing.
