Brownish amber coloured. Malty aroma with strange fruity notes. Quite sweet and malty flavour. Boring and slightly thin. I don’t find much hops in this one.

Bottled. Dark copper/light brown colour. Medium, lacey head. Floral, hoppy aroma with a malt undertone. Slightly insipid, herbal taste with some malty notes, but actually a tad bland. Also watery, and lacking in carbonation. Not a drain pour, but not good or even average. Thanks, yogi_beera and pivo.

Amber coloured. Thick white head. Malty, grassy slight spicy nose. Refreshing, somewhat hoppy flavour with a little acidity. Low bitterness in finish.

(bottle, with thanks to Jevers Zeuge @ biertest-online.de) Clear amber colour with a stable and foamy off-white medium head. Sweet malty, slightly toasted aroma with shy notes of hops. Soft sweet malty flavour, light to medium body, crispy mouthfeel; sweet malty finish with very shy notes of hops. This one lacks obviously some balancing hoppiness; fairly average brew.

joet (2177) - Santa Rosa, California, USA - MAR 9, 2004
Mmmm a medium brown with substantial sticky, off-white foam. More aromatic hop components than flavor -- and mostly herbs around apiole. Some astringency in the feel. Thanks pivo and yogi!

Pours out of the bottle in a clear dark orange-amber colour with airy head and medium body. Aroma of hops and malt. Taste of malt, vanilla, torf, caramel andbitter hops. Bitter and light unpleasantfinish. No Pils at all.

Oakes, how can that happen, I add it and you rate it right away? Are you in Hamburg? :-) Quite cool location, nice cellar with the typical bavarian food. Orange, trub. Very yeasty not like an Pils. Very flat carbonation. I was disappointed!

330ml bottle. Cereal and malty aromas. Pours clear amber, with average white head, short retemption and poor lacing. Light body, average carbonation, slightly crispy texture.Taste is too sweet, cereal (corn???) . Average and poor one. Botella de 33cl. Aromas de cereal y malta. Color ambarino, clara, con corona de rápida disolución y poco encaje de Bruselas. Cuerpo ligero, carbonatación media y textura algo "crujiente". Sabores de cereal (maiz???, no es posible...). Corriente y moliente.
