Bottle of 50 cl, clear dark amber-colored beer, with a tiny little head. Tart aroma of malt and caramel with notes of nuts. The taste follows the nose is also a metallic and sour aftertaste

I doften anar jag toner av jäst, sviskon och möjligen lite citrus. Kroppen är klen men jädrar vad den är behaglig. Superlätt beska på slutet. Slutsats...det är en lageröl, en riktigt bra lageröl.

There is added extra roasted malt that should give the beer a reddish brown color and a little malt depth in flavor. And yes its a OK industrial Amber lager, but not more. The foam is quickly waning even as tastes and interest in this beer.
2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 Nightfall (1263) - Hamburg, GERMANY - NOV 22, 2011
Denmark, Aug-Sept 2009. Cola like color with a bit more red hue. Practically zero head. If you by pass the commercial arctic water mambo jumbo you end up wioth an oversweet average amber lagr.

My first Greenland beer. 50cl bottle pours amber with gold edges and thin short lived tan head. The light aroma boggles a little with a mix of malts, caramel and sea side fishery. Another pull brings up dark fruity esters like prunes and dates and the fish smell is gone. Hmm. The taste has spicy hops a touch of earthy hops as well as a firm level of dry mineral notes. To midway it picks up some caramel malts, a faint chocolate malt sense and then date and prune like fruity esters.
2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20 EithCubes (3340) - GERMANY - OCT 21, 2011
Bottle. Nose is very sweet, somewhat mealy malt and light caramel. Deep amber body with a beige head. Light body with light caramel and faint grain, there’s a slightly off-putting tartness here and none of the promised softness. OK.

Bottle thanks to travlr. Amber pour with a nose of light plum, raisin, almond, and caramel. The flavor holds true to that, along with increased bread presence. Pretty decent.
3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 oteyj (1896) - Washington DC, USA - OCT 3, 2011
Thanks Travlr! Clear amber pour with a small white head. The nose holds dark fruits with hints of caramel, and grainy proliferation throughout. Medium body with low carbonation and a clean finish. Not too much to say about this one- fairly nondescript. Not bad, not good.
