330 ml bottle from De Bierkoning @ Amsterdam. Pours hazy orange with a modest head. Leaves nice lacings though. Aroma is quite simple, I get a bit of fruity bread notes, banana and some yeast spices. Taste is simple again, has some saison-like farmhouse feel to it and then a half-hesistant hop bite at the end. Aftertaste lingers slightly longer, having some hop skunkiness. Label is saying that this beer was dry-hopped with Cascade - which is cool but I was expecting a slightly stronger hop profile. This one is overall pretty nice, easily drinkable session beer.

Bottle @ home. Aroma is some fruits, bit of malt, not too strong of an aroma. Flavour is dry, yeasty, but not the peppery typical saison yeast, some fruity notes. Boring.

Benzai (6388) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - OCT 3, 2013
Bottle @ home shared with Dutchdrebus. Hazy light orange color, small white head. Aroma has sweet fruits and hops, some fruitpeel bitter. Taste is also quite sweet but not annoying at all. Somehow the brewer managed to give it a nice sweetish, fruity and hoppy flavor. Maybe a bit yeasty, but quite decent nevertheless.

Had this at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, Netherlands, Sunday 29th September 2013 Hazy dirty yellow/gold with a slim white head. Some burnt fireworks on nose quite weird. Pleasant beer, streaky citrus, touch watery but I like it. A4 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.2

Poured slightly hazy light amber with a frothy off white head. Aroma of zesty fruit and grainy malt. Medium, slightly lively body, flavour of zesty banana, slightly bitter end.

Bottle from ABC Beers, Den Haag. Poured a hazy light amber with a frothy, long-lasting white head. The aroma is crisp weak yeast leading to a weak bitter flavour with a yeasty light malt taste on the smooth refreshing palate.

Medium pale gold with a frothy, slides off the glass lacy, lasting white head. Smells of light spices, coriander with citrus hops, apple and sweet malt. Medium frothy body with medium carbonation. Tastes of citrus fruit sourness, coriander, grass with a wheat bitter dry finish. Interesting transition from sour to sweet to bitter wheat. Not bad and I like the effort. Good bitterness.

After the beer was served in the glass there was found a lasting quantity wall adhesive white foam collar which was fine and even of structure. The beer also contained much carbonic acid in the glass. The beer has a thick dark blond and a sweet taste. The after tast of the beer is yeasty bitter with a light citrus touch. This beer smells spicy.
