Herber, hell getreidiger Antrunk. Im Mittelteil dann ein deutlicher Aromeneinbruch, wässrig, wenig Getreide. Bockige Noten kommen gar nicht zum Zuge, das Bier ist laff und einfallslos. Geringe Süße, kurzes, wenig würziges Finish. Danke an pivnizub. 9/7/6/5/8/6

Light orange colored with medium sized yellow head. Sweet honey, strongly fruity with apple and appricot, some bock spiciness here as well with some oily note. Medium bodied. Flavor is sweet as well with caramel, fruits and same apple tone, thin alcohol in aftertaste. Some toffee lasts here as well.

Bottle, thanks Pivnizub. Fruity note, wood, light phenols. Dark golden, creamy lace. Apples, Light caramel and honey sweetness, grassy and herbal counterpoint. Creamy,, sparkly mouthfeel, chewy body. Pear and herbal hop aftertaste. Moreish.

Bottle: Copper coloured, not completely clear, mid-sized - slowly diminishing - white head; sweet malty-caramelly nose with a certain fruity touch (blackcurrant...) and a herbal-hoppy backbone; moderate to solid sweet-bitter flavour, only medium bodied; well detectable dry herbal-hoppy traces in the slightly lingering caramelly-bitter finish. Well balanced, hoppy Bock.....

(swing top bottle) Slightly hazy, golden to light-amber colour with a medium-sized off-white foamy head. Moderately sweet and slightly bready cara-malty aroma with herbal, slightly nettle-like hops. Mildly bitter flavour, medium to full bodied with a soft carbonation. Bready cara-malt-character with a dash of herbal and spicy hops; almost dry-ish bitter-sweet cara-malty and quite hoppy finish. Aroma is moderate to lgiht heavy malty, caramel, bock, soil turned malt, sugar, alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average duration, and a acoholic finish. (on bottle) Very spritzy and one-lined bock. Clear, amber and a nice white head. Served cold, it would be a killer drink, but as it warms up, it get very woody and allmost calvados-like; strange, yet attractive.
