From draft at the brewery in Roedental. Lightly hazed honey gold with a lasting white head. Quiet nose shows of pale malt as crackers, toast and faint honey, with minimal hop aroma of floral lemon. Lightly lactic / doughy with fizzy carbonation. Light body, lightly sweet with medium bitterness and acidity. Hops come across as somewhat minty / green leading to a finish that resembles mouthwash. Pretty simple all around.

It’s hazy golden with a huge, creamy, white head. The aroma has notes of malt, fruit, caramel and flower. The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of malt, flower, caramel, and the finish is dry with notes of straw. It’s a nice beer.

Bügelverschlußflasche. Golden, hazy, small creamy + lacyhead, stable. Moderate to solid sweet-malty nose with a fruity-yeasty background. A bit stronger than moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied, low carbonation. Some fruitiness in the milder bitter-malty finish. Good Zwickel...........
