3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 Grima (1861) - Saarburg, Rhineland-Palatinate, GERMANY - FEB 4, 2012
Sorry for the german rating, but this is a lousy rating from my "newbie" time (2007-2009), and it’s not worth of being translated. I just added it for the statistics, and to complete my backlog!

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 Papsoe (25131) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - OCT 9, 2005
(Bottle 33 cl) Very dark brown with a reddish head. Very full, malty body with some slightly burned notes. Not much bitterness. An unusual beer somewhere in the borderland between Dunkel and Bock, but with the rather low alcohol I vote for the former. 050401

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 MoritzF (7756) - Bochum, GERMANY - DEC 26, 2006
(bottle, with many thanks to Saarlander) Clear, dark amber colour with a beautiful and persistent foamy beige head. Slightly sweet and toasty malt aroma with a touch of cacao and a rural barnyard note. Sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Dark malty, slightly toasty taste with light notes of cacao; dry, malty and slightly bitter finish. Pretty rounded and likeable brew.
