Light unclear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, grain, light to moderate hoppy, grass. Flavour is moderate sweet and moderate to light light heavy bitter with a average to long duration, grassy, grain, sharp. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130208]

Yellow colour with a small white head. Grainy, yeast and light fruity aroma. Flavour are about the same. Fresh and easy drinkable beer.

Bottle 50cl. Straw yellow, cloudy brew with a good amount of fresh and yummy yeast. Very nice composition with aromatic malts, round mouthfeel, smooth finish. Refreshing and longlasting aftertaste.

Bottle. Clear gold with a thin head, good lacing. Aroma is hay, malt and fruity hops. Flavour is malt, fruit and straw. Finish is dry solid bitter hop.

Golden coloured and hoppy with a little sweet honey flavour. Dry lasting malt finish.

Sorry for the german rating, but this is a lousy rating from my "newbie" time (2007-2009), and it’s not worth of being translated. I just added it for the statistics, and to complete my backlog!
Direkt steigt ein zitronig-frisches Aroma hervor. Das Bier ist wunderbar trüb und die Blume schaut auch super aus. Der Antrunk ist sehr fruchtig und leicht zitronig. Allerdings kommt nach ner Zeit ein merkwürdiger Nachgeschmack zustande. Durch die im Mittelteil stärker werdende Säure leidet die Süffigkeit ein wenig. Insgesamt ein gutes naturtrübes, aber leider fehlt da ein wenig Abwechslung...

Getreidiger, hopfig-herber Geruch. Hopfiger Antrunk, zu dem schnell ein getreidiges Aroma stößt, die Malzigkeit ist verschwindend gering aber vorhanden. Leicht fruchtiger und trockener Mittelteil, ein bitteres Artoma wird erkennbar, dass später den Nachgeschmack leiten wird. Die Fruchtigkeit steigt kurz, verschwindet dann aber gänzlich. Hopfig-bitterer und trockener Nachhall.

Bottle. Barnyard and barley malt aroma. Hazy yellow color with small head. Lemon peel, barnyard, and barley malt flavor. Nice body. Very nice - best Zwickelbier I’ve had outside of Bavaria.

A regular drinker when Back home, Golden pour, fluffy head, nice yeasty flavor,with a hint of hay, grain, Earthy. I get this local, and I have great hopes for this brewer!
