Translucent, deep brown with a slim white head. Fruity, slightly rummy, malty aroma. Flavor is of dark fruit, plums, dark candy, grains, cheese and rather earthy. Texture is creamy and a little chewy. Cave aged? I guess, but it was alright no matter where it was aged.
