opaque brown body with avey nice thick white head. There is quite a bit of citrus-lemon and lime. There is also a yeast smell and a little bit of a root beer aroma. The flavor is actually pretty light with some nutty flavors and some cinnamon. This is pretty dry tasting but has a bit of a lingering sweetness- strange.

Ruby red when held to light, with a soft head that leaves a ring around glass and a spotty lacing. Immediate smell of iron with smells of bread and a slight hint of plum is hidden in there as well. Yeasty, a bit of iron, nuts, clove, dark fruit, and toffee in the taste. Light on the tongue, medium body and medium carbonation. It was an alright beer, but I don’t think I’ll be buying this again.

Bottle. Pours a hazy brown with a tight, very small head. Aroma is candi sugar and fruity yeast. Starts off fruity, moves on to a little bit of wood with a little sourness. Finishes with a bready/cinnamony astringency.

I had this beer once and thought it was the best. I had it at Eulogy in Philadelphia. It’s a great beer to have in the winter with a bowl of mussells. Get busy living or get busy dying.

Pours a fine head that falls into a thin layer with a very strong lacing made of millions of tiny bubbles that look pillowy. So many smells hit my palate from metalic to sweet smells. The taste and smell of the hops is very suttle, but it creates a little different flavor. Mouthfeel is very carbonated and a little smooth. It’s very watery on the tongue. The more and more you drink this beer, the less flavor and body there is.

As Pierre Celis Signature collection. Clear reddish brown, big rocky beige head. Nice tart and mildly fruity aroma. Firat flavors are tart, as well, with some earthy, woodsy bnotes. Nice sweet finish, with some sour notes.
