________________ENGLISH TEXT HERE__________________33cl bottle bought at a wine shop near Brignole; rather dark brown with white to beige head. Aroma is evanescent but pleasant, between sweet and sour. Flavor is complex and a bit herbal with bitter finish, hoppy and spicy; body is very pronounced, almost muddy and carbonation is high. A weird brew, with low drinkability.

Cloudy red-orange color with a full sticky head and some pretty heavy lacing. Appealing bubble gum and demerara sugar aroma. Lighter spicier notes might be phenols. Nice sugar and fruit up front on the tongue, with quite a bit of carbonation that lifts it right off the palate. Almost foamy mouthfeel, which has just a touch too much carbonic bite. Semi-dry finish with a lingering spiciness and a hint of alcohol. Nice, with some good complexity, but could be more drinkable, especially at only 6.5%.

Bomber @ Publick House, Brookline, MA, shared with ArcaneApollo. We were intrigued by the "cave-aged" description, and this beer did not disappoint. Pours a wonderful deep brown with a medium-sized white head. The aroma is candy sugar, with malt and slight fruit thrown in as well. Taste is heavily malty; the cave environment definitely added to the complexity of the beer. It is incredibly smooth on the palate, and you begin to notice fruit, spice, and hop notes toward the end. Great beer.

POured deep brown with a white head. Notes of sweet malt and molasses. The flavor of hops touch nicely in the finish and the palate.

750ml - Red brown body. Fruity aroma with a light sweet flavor, with some spice. Nice Dubbel. I’d like to age a bottle for future comparison.

Bottle sampled. Pours brown with ruby edges and an average size tan head. Aroma of spices, yeast, citrus, and dark fruit. The flavor is sweet, citrus, spices, and dark fruit. Decent body, good brew.
