UPDATED: MAY 18, 2014 Pours hazy and caramel colored, with white flecks in suspension. Rich aroma, reminiscent of red fruit or jam, with hints of oak and something sour. Initial taste is a bit mineral/chalky. Neither sweet nor bitter. Quite mellow and bread-like. Medium-light body. Acquires a velvety palette as it warms.

Hazy dark caramel color, full of particulate matter. Minimal tan head. Aroma is full of red fruits and sourness, it smells like an aged framboise or a sour beer. The taste is full of dark chocolate, toffee, molasses, and fruitcake. Palate is very clean. A fantastic beer.

Brown hazy colour, with medium beige head. Smell is nutty and some ripe fruits. Taste is similar, with some little wood notes, sweet but with some little sourness too. A good beer, but St. Bernardus has better ones.

Pours a red/brown color. Aroma of cellar and Belgian yeast. Lives up to the expectations of what a cave beer would smell like. Tast is fresh, some bitter in it, apricots and lots of carbonation and some spices. Nice beer.

Hazy brown color with an average off-white head. Aroma is fruity and roasted malts. Flavor is like the same with some woody, yeast and caramel hints. Low carbonation and a medium body with a slightly sweet finish.
