750ml bottle: This one pours a cloudy, coppery-brown color. There was a big, fluffy off-white head on mine. It hung around for a little while. The aroma is nice. It is somewhat bready, with hints of fruits. Some spices, including cloves start to come up as it warms a bit. The taste is actually a touch peppery when it hits your tongue. Also a touch dry. It does contain nice notes of some dark fruits, as well as a toffee malt taste. This is quite nice.

I have never before had a brew that was aged in a cave, thats kinda cool. Lake bottom sludge brown, with a head that looks like that foamy crap that flows in parts of a lake. Tastes somewhat like trail mix and maybe even a nice piece of 7 grain toast.

Fruit, vanilla, caramel aroma. Hazy dark oak colored beer, long-lasting cream colored head, nice painted label. Fizzy, creamy mouthfeel, although thin at times. Good walnutty bittering on the backend. Very lightly sweet, mostly dry with non-sweet caramel. Woody, moderately bitter hop presence. A nice, relaxing Belgian, did well with corned beef and wild rice.

Deep mahogany color with a generous light tan head. Aroma of plum, black cherry and spices. Flavor starts lightly sweet with dark fruit and a hint of banana turning lightly tart and finishing kinda peppery and dry. Smooth creamy palate. Quite a belly warmer for only 6.5 % ABV. Happy Birthday Taylor.

Pours dark bronze with a soapy thick tan head. The aroma has dark fruits, raisins, earth, yeastiness, lightly toasted malt and cola aspects. Medium bodied that’s lighter than expected with sharp spritzy carbonation. Flavor starts with toasty malt, dark fruits from the aroma - mainly raisins and figs, and a good amount of earthiness. The finish has some hop spice and some astringency. Nice dubbel.

Bottle. Reddish=amber brown beer with a big beige head. Fruity (stone fruit) and malt aroma with some spice and yeast. Yeasty malt flavor with some dusty/earthiness and some background fruit. Depth in the malt. Nice complexity, but very drinkable.

Big tan head topping a cloudy red-brown body filled with floaties. Aroma is very fruity -- fig, plum, apple, and some orange. Taste is much the same, along with some yeastiness. Some tartness shows up in the swallow. Medium-light body, quite drinkable. Very pleasant beer.
