n unfiltered version of this light-bodied, crisp German Ale. Very floral and fruity, with a subtle, lingering bitterness from German and Yakima hops.

Little aroma and basic golden color. Flat on the palate and crisp. It's a descent beer but not anything to rave about Leave your pretensions at the door.

Draft - Pale grains and light fruit. Clear gold with a decent white head. Vegetal notes dominate with a sweetness. Not good.

On tap at Grove Street Brewhouse, pours a clear pale golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is correct for a kolsch, with crackery and cereal notes. Flavour brings out sweet cereal malts all throughout. Sweeter than typical kolschs, but still decent.

Light cracker and bread, a hint of sweetness on the nose. Golden pour, thin head. Flavor is lightly sweet, crackery, a hint fruity, light corn and apple, and a little crispness in the finish. Easy to drink, pleasant, could use more carbonation.

Draft at naked city. Pours a bright light golden with just a slight haze and a small white head. Delicate nose, but hints of pale malt, white water crackers, touch of sweet corn, faint straw. Lacking on the carbonation and what is there is flabby. Touch of apple, straw, sweet corn, light cracker and pils malt.
