Aroma muted , mild aroma, faint hint of apple.
Appearance poured rather pale shade of gold with minimal top.
Flavor and Palate : Light bodied, watery even for cider. Dry carbonation sits in the middle. Slight echo of apple fruit. At least it was refreshing

[4642-20120810] 341mL can. Sparkling apple juice aroma. Clear, bright light yellow body with no lasting head. Flavour starts apple-y then dries a little into a nice champagne bubbly with a light tart Jolly Rancher pick-me-up at the end. Light body. Really interesting progression. (6/2+/7/3/14) 3.2

473 mL can. Pours very pale yellow. No head. Light carbonation. Little to no aroma. Taste is light and crisp apple. A hint of sweetness but not syrupy at all. Some depth of flavour, too. Like I said, crisp. Overall a nicely crafted cider. Would have again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

March 21, 2012 with blankboy and garthicus. 473ml can c/o blankboy. Very pale clear yellow, nice bubbling, minimal white head (3-). Smells nice enough, alcohol, dry off-dry white wine and generic apple. Taste follows, less wine and more apple character, sweet but not too much so. Light body, decent carbonation, a little acidity to it but it disappears a little fast and ultimately feels a tad watery.

5.5% the pour makes a small head that doesnt last and few seconds I see lots of fizzy carbination bouncing out the top of glass then gone and just some carbination in glass. Smell is light,crisp,apple,& sweetness. That’s also basicly the taste. Had worse & better ciders cheer’s!

Pours a nice white...smells like pear, honey, vanilla, some apple. Crisp sweet and sour apple flavours. Tasty!

2012-08-10. Crisp pale yellow, tiny white froth. Mild aroma, light sweet fruity apple, mild alcohol and muted musty notes. Flavour is fairly sweet, fruity apple, apple juice, light notes of apple skins and must, very lightly tart around the edges keeps it from becoming cloying. Notes of a sweeter Granny Smith and Macintosh like apple flavours as it warms up Very light apple seed like astringency in the finish. Average to light bodied palate is pleasantly effervescent. Fairly simple but rather pleasant take on mainstream cider. Can from LCBO, Toronto

My can [473ml] shared with garthicus & HogTownHarry. March 21. Pours a hazy, very pale yellow-gold with no head. Pleasant tart apple aroma, not much else, simple but nice. Flavour’s the same, simple but pleasant dry apple taste, a touch watery though. Average bodied. Good stuff, a nice surprise.

Thanks to Blankboy. Appearance: Very light yellow, good visible carbonation. No head. Aroma: Quite a sharp apple aroma, pear, quite sweet. Flavour: Dry and sharp, decent apple flavour, a little vineous notes, decent sweet dry finish. Not bad.

473ml can. pours extremely pale yellow--almost clear. Aroma of tart apples. Flavour is fresh apples, moderate sweetness moderate sourness. reminds me of apple juice but better. Pretty solid but nothing outstanding.
