Dark hazy gold body. The aroma was light grpefruit with some bread crust. There was sharp grapefruit and some bread crust in the flavor. There was also some earthy dandelions. A nice subtle APA with a soft mouthfeel.

Orange and peach colored clear body. Heavy peach rind note in the nose along with a chewy wort base note that shows up more in the flavor, a big malt syrup presence. Turns sour and almost rancid on the tongue, with a strong chemical note of unfermented wort and honey. Something is not right with this one.

On tap at Grumpy Troll. Poured clear, brighter golden with a light dusting of white head. The aroma picked up syrupy, almost vegetal sweetness with a non-descript hop presence.. some candied sweetness shows with warmth. The flavor was a touch better, sporting caramel and pale malts at the core, rising floral bitterness, and a tacky, vegetal sweetness at and through the finish (didn’t enjoy that last part). Lighter-bodied and slick on the palate with increasing bitterness as it progressed. Didn’t much care for this.

On draught at the brewpub in Mt Horeb, Wisconsin. Pours a semi-clear pale golden amber brew with a fast dissolving off-white head that disipates clean with no ring or film top. Aroma of light white bready malt with a touch of orange flavored Tang and citrusy hops. Taste is medium bodied, some light carbonation with flavors of light malt and citrus zest. Finish has a mild bitterness aftertate at first and then slowly lingers away.

LIghtly hazed golden liquid with a thin but stable white head. Aromas of orange blossoms and a few hints of pale malt. Lots of citrus in this one. Orange juice and peels swim about in the flavors. Finish is quite sharp and citric as well. Perhaps this was a touch too fresh and could have mellowed a bit at least from the description. Otherwise a decent APA.
