2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
A hazed blonde ale with a thin mocha head. In aroma, rather grainy malt with grassy hops, like it was made for a kit. In mouth, a grainy malt with light British hops, so-so. On tap at Istmus Beer and Cheese Fest, Jan 19 2012.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Deep golden color. Aroma of mostly pale malt and grassy hops. Flavor is pale malts and slighty herbal hops. Not overly bitter and a bit nutty. Clean finish.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Sampled at the brewpub. Pours a near clear very pale gold with a white head that dissipates very slowly to the edges and laces thickly. Aroma has a nice hop profile of citrus and pine with a bit of backing sweet grain. Flavor starts with a grassy hop note and then finishes with a bit of pine and a strong sweet grain backbone.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draft at GT. Hazy orange-yellow-tan. Thick white head. Fresh citrus laced respectable aroma. A really solid, fresh APA. Really captures the style well. Earthy, toffee tones. Medium bodied, all around pleasant. Some light flowery tones. Nails the style, while remaining sessionable. Leans toward citrus hops, but well balanced. Nice, but forgettable.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Enjoyed on tap as part of a sampler at the Grumpy Troll in Mt. Horeb, WI. Appearance is a cloudy light gold, thin white head, looks kind of like pineapple juice. Aroma of light citrus, bit of yeast, doesn’t really smell hoppy. Taste is not too hoppy but also the malt gives it a slight crispness, straw hay as well, half way through figured out it wasn’t an ipa. Light but decent.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Not that bad of a pale ale, but overall it is nothing special. Some decent hoppiness but that is it.

3.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a golden color, slight haze to it and a low off-white head. Aroma has a Maris Otter malt toasty presence with a modest amount of citrus and earthy hops. Flavor has an orange citrus kick early but moves into a solid Maris otter malty middle. Body was perfect for the hops. Overall one of the better brews here. Had two pints of these when there.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at the brewpub, pours a hazy golden with a nice white head and lacing through out the glass, aroma has a nice hop touch with some citrus notes coming through, the flavor ahs a nice hop front end that is pretty decently balanced, honestly, not bad.
