Tap at the brewpub friday before Great Taste. Gold color. White head. Aromatic hops, and bitter. Flavor is also very bittrt, citrus, pine, and a little oak, it is dry, withalt taking a back seat. Better than average for a small town brewpub.

Clear Orange color. White head. Tons of dank fruit and hoppy aromas. Like the dirty sock aroma. But good. Banana Orange lemon and bitter finish. Good shizz. Had this as part of a flight at Grumpy Troll in Mount Horeb, WI.

Growler from the source. Pours a golden orange with a ton of below surface bubbles and some nice white lacing. Aroma has fruits, pine, citrus and later in the glass, some biscuity malts. Taste is of oranges, lemons and grapefruits. Some other sweet fruits (mango?) plus resin. A bit of biscuity malt in the backbone. Medium bodied. Little alcohol presence. Finishes a bit more sweet than bitter, with fruit. Solid, slightly below average IPA. 13.8

On tap at the Grumpy Troll. Slightly hazed amber with a thin white head and a sheet of lace. Aroma is tropical and overly sweet with mangoes, fruit rind, caramel and stale socks. Taste is a bit odd and sweet with caramel and over ripe fruit. Kind of a plastic feel with a moderate bitter finale.

Draft on tap at the brewpub (Mt. Horeb, WI). First time in. Pours a good darker amber golden hue, gentle haziness, goood amber glow, some summer sunset. Bigger frothy whitish head atop stays firmly sized, sticks around as a good layer. Laces well overall. Aromas offer a blend of American hops, melon and grapefruit, touch of gumball, fruit and bready malt. Mellow straw, bready malts, some florals and fresh cut grass. Clean, decent hop bite. Initial is lighter end of the fold, some gumball, florals, wafts of citrus rind. Good bitterness hits up front, meeting some fruity elements, melon and a faint white grape. Firm bitterness, florals. Less prominent fruity big citrus feel. Middle is bready, some straw, good gumball, touches of grapefruit and orange. A touch sweet in the backend but starts to clean up well into the backend, some good resiny bitterness sustains as we finish up. Florals, crisp straw and bready malts. Clean and bitter, a bit simple but it certainly is drinkable. A touch sweet at times but overall pretty solid.
