Commercial Description:
Big, bold, and British! O.G. 1080, 100 IBU's, AbV 8.5%. She is amber/copper in color with a strong persistent head. An intense hop aroma is deliverd by copious amounts of English Styrian Gold and Kent Goldings hops. She is full bodied with a strong sweet malty toffee/caramel backbone that supports the 4.3 pounds of hops per barrel making her a very bitter, but delectible woman.

Hazy amber body. Light bitter aroma of cystal and resinous bitter hops. Two distinct flavor, dry crystal and bitter grapefruit rind. Finishes with grapefruit flesh but otherwise not a cohesive IIPA just some big flavors in a glass.

Bottled: Pours a slightly hazy orange copper with a thin, wispy-lacing white head. Aroma of sweet toasty caramel and some piny resiny hops. Body starts with a good amount of residual crystal malty sweetness and some piny bittering and flavor hops before a semi-crisp, bittersweet finish. Not as hop forward as a lot of IIPAs, but still quite flavorful.

Bomber shared by csbosox, thanks Chris. Pours a hazy amber color with a thick and strong head. Aroma is caramel maltiness that dominates the hops underneath, which are relatively sweet fruit punch like. Taste is a combination of lightly sweet malts and light sweet hops and some bitterness underneath that. The malts are surprisingly clean despite the sweetness. Its a cool sweet hop brew.

Bomber shared by csbosox. Pours a hazy dark orange with a thin skin of off-white head and spotty lace. The nose is sweet and malty with subtle fruity and earthy hops in support. Medium-bodied and slick with a bitter, lightly grainy mouthfeel at the swallow. Round, sweet malt with a fruity/earthy hop backing and a moderately bitter finish. This is a nice brew; not spectacular for the style, but nice. Thanks for sharing this with us, Chris.
