COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Copper coloured medium bodied, cool fermented German ale. The sweet and mellow malt flavour is derived from moderately kilned German style Munich malt. A gentle bitterness is imparted by the imported German hops that have subtle spicy and herbal characteristics.

This is a very old rating that I never got to put in and will have to redo. Aroma: socks, apperance: couldy brown, flavour: mainly bland with a touch of bitterness giving way to a nasty aftertaste.

Dull light tawny colour with a short lasting off-white head. Smoked caramel in the taste as well as a bit of bacon.

bridge (659) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - DEC 16, 2005
UPDATED: DEC 17, 2005 Cloudy copper brown, with a bit of a head that didn’t really last. The aroma is a robust sweet caramel with a hint of banana. However, the flavour was quite bland, with just a little bitterness that distinguishes it from water. It’s also a bit flat, with a light to medium body. It’s an inoffensive but uninteresting beer. (tap at brew-pub)
