COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A dark gold medium bodied lager with a smooth creamy texture, an initial malty sweetness and a moderately dry finish. It is cold-fermented, smooth, clean and rich with great malt character. Made using imprted German malt, German hops and German lager yeast and stored cold for 8 long weeks. This classic malt-driven lager style has a soft, complex and elegant maltiness that is made for celebrating!

UPDATED: MAR 13, 2010 12-Nov-2006 (Grumpys Draft) Slight burnt harsh malt aroma. Slight cloudy, orange-brown colour, Ok head and sheet lacing. Sweet ash burnt malt and tutti fruity flavour. finishes witha slight burnt flavour but not bad. This ashy character seems to be in each of the 5 beers I tasted this day.
