An unclear oragne beer with a nice off-white head. The aroma is primarily wheaty. While the flavor is very sweet with notes of wheat, banana, and oranges.

It’s unclear golden with a creamy, white head. The aroma has notes of fruits, mostly citrus like oranges, yeast and wheat. The same notes are found in the sweet flavor, and the finish is citrussy and slightly dry.

Bottle. Ripe banana, orange, clove and wheat malt aroma. Cloudy yellow-brown color with nice head. Sweet orange/banana, clove and light wheat malt flavor. Nice body. Pretty good - would have spectacular if it had more malt flavor.

Tart and fruity weissbier. It is light and drinkable and carries enough flavor to be interesting.

Tan, cloudy, thick head. Spicy aroma, lots of herbs - nice. Very spicy character. Apple, clove, cinnamon. Slightly tart. Great balance and character.

Nem túl sötét narancssárga színű, opálos kinézetű búza, amin a fajtársainál is tapasztalható nagyságú és minőségű hab uralkodik. Illata déli gyümölcsös, citrusok, banán és sok élesztőt érezni benne. Ez a banános, citrusos íz végig jellemző rá, de jön hozzá még egy adag zöld ananász és más éretlenebb gyümölcsök fanyarsága. Közepesen sűrű és igen élénk, szénsavas. Utóíze is igen fanyar és élesztős, hosszan tartó. A fanyarabb, savanykásabb ízek kedvelőinek ajánlottabb. Nekem egy kicsit túlzásnak tűnt ez a citrusosság...

Unclear medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, light moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, orange. Body is medium, texture is watery to creamy, carbonation is soft. [20100813]

Bottle, 5.3%. Fruity and yeasty aroma. Cloudy grey amber colour. Very small tan head. The flavour is sweetish with some banana and a tart note. The tartness is slightly refreshing, but does not seem all that intended.

Hazy orange with a small off white head. Dry aroma with hints of brett, wheat and yeasty notes. Flavor was dry with brett, wheat, lemons and yeasty notes.

Bottle, courtesy of Papsoe. A hazy, golden beer with an off-white head. Slightly sour on the nose, lemony, some wheat. Lemony, sour flavor with wheat and some banana. Medium body, rather flat for a weissbier. Not very tasteful either, a bad thing to do to brew this one in memory of a great brewmaster. 100813
