Our beer specialties were brewed according to the traditional recipe of Gruenbaum brewery according to the Reinheitsgebot from 1516.

Quack-Duck (5921) - Down South, - JUN 30, 2010
bottle from Toom Aalen. Clear pale golden colour, large and persistent white head. Floral hoppy nose. Malty base with a rather shy hop character. The lovely floral hop notes from the aroma are not so intensive in the flavour. Pleasant on the palate, well-lagered.

Yellow fizzy and grainy, with a metallic aftertaste. Simple, but very light refreshing and easy to drink.

Bottle. Creamy barley malt and strong grass hops aroma. Golden yellow color with small head. Weedy grass hops flavor - minimal malt. Not good.
