(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a dense medium-sized foamy white head. Mildly grainy pale malty aroma with a tinge of grassy hops. Slightly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a mild carbonation. Pale malty taste with shades of grassy and herbal hops; slightly sweet malty finish with a restrained level of hoppy bitterness. Drinkable but the usual profane Helles. 17.X.12

on tap at fuerth night markets, a bit of a cult favourite with the punters there. alas, it tastes like an even duller version of tucher helles - pale golden, simple hay aroma, metallic bitterness, light dustiness and not much else going on

Bottle. Golden fine bubbles, stable lacing white head - picture perfect Helles. Chewy malt, grassy hops, bit moreso on the palate than in the aroma. Solid, yet sparkly mouthfeel, light dryness in the finish - very moreish. Well crafted Helles, I enjoyed it quite a bit.

Bottle 50cl, a clear yellow beer with good head an carbonation. Nose is hopy and on dry grain. Aroma is quite sweet with a malty / vegetable body, finish is pleasant on round hops, a small astringency is there, much better than expected. A long and nice bitterness on aftertaste.
