COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Grunn LenteBock is het frisse Voorjaarsbier dat op klassieke wijze is gebrouwen uit geselecteerde moutsoorten, water en edele hopsoorten volgens de lage gistingsmethode. De lange lagering zorgt voor een volle smaak en een stevige afdronk. Kenners beschouwen dit subtiele Lentebier als een echte Voorjaarsklassieker en genieten hiervan bij een schenktemperatuur van 6C.

Clear medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, fruity, sweet malt, honey, light butter. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sweet malt, honey, light buttery. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20130104]

Quite surprised bout how nice this is. Nothing new but nice palate and slightly sweet flavor. It is like a lentebock. Stumbled upon this bottle at Van Erp in Groningen.
