Bottle, labeled as Hopquell Premium Urtyp Pilsener. Blonde. Soapy maltaroma. Medium bodied. Grassy soapy maltflavor. Quite German in character.

Clear golden appearance. A bitter bite and a bit of skunk at the end. Weak body and smells like a non-alcoholic beer spilled on old hay. Tried at the Nederlandse Bierweek openingsfestival with Paul, Dave, and Erol.

Bottle 300ml.
Clear light to medium yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, cereal notes, light hoppy, grass, flowers notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100917]

Corny, bitter tasting. Slightly golden color. Herbalm fruiti solvent and bittersweet flavor. To simpel for my taste.

Bottle 30 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours golden with loads of sediment and a rough white head. Rather sweet malt in the nose. Medium body, malty with a whiff of metal and a solid bitterness into the finish. 170910

Bottle. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, hops, soap and lavender. Nice bitter finish.

0.3 l bottle at hanniku’s tasting. Slightly hazy golden color. Honeyish and fruity aroma with herbal hops, solvent and petrol. Malty and hoppy bittersweet flavor with herbal hops as well as some fruitiness and roughness from fermentation. A pils with firm hop character but unfortunately unclean and rough, especially in the finish.

It’s indeed blond and bitter but has a nice freshness underneath. Medium body and best served cold.
