Couleur blond clair, légèrement troublz, pétillance moyenne, peu de mousse. Assez bien maltée, légère amertume par la suite, petit arrière-goût à la fois sucré et épicé, petite astringence, aucune longueur.

Tap sample at the brewpub. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma is floral, coreander, some sweet spices, sweet banana. Flavour is medium-sweet, soft, smooth, coreander, floral, soft sweet finish with a nice little bitterness, some banana candy. Decent stuff. Light-bodied.

Poured in the original Gruut glass, A golden slightly yellow colour with a ferm medium white head, haye fruity citrus sour smell, soft sweet honey taste with a overall citrus like taste a bit creamy with a medium carbonation.

2011 Vintage. 33 cl. bottle split with and thanks to Kraddel. Lightly hazy, near clear golden with an ok white head. Bitter mellow spices mellowed out by some blond malt sweetness, light lemon, light sugar, sharp herbal, light plants as far as the smell goes. Bitter herbal and spices with hay, light yeast, touch medicinal, hint white sugar, strong bitter grass, spunky bitterness and some sweeter lemon peel. Lighter body – survived okay age.

Pours blonde , no foam at all Smell is sweet malts Good carbo , nice sweet taste . Buttery , easy drinkable . Ok !

Bottle from Yamaichi. Herbal, lemony nose, honey, bread. Clear blond with a tall, fine, white head. Sweet, biscuity, honey flavors, spices, cake, grains, light citrus, peach. Tangy fruit, decent bitterness in the finish to balance. Interesting. Seems to be the gruit works well in this beer. Good spicy flavor but not over-the-top sweet or weird. Interesting and balanced.

not much foam. herbs, citrus. Candy & medicinal flavours? Not much bitternes, soft, oily and medicinal taste. Sticky. a soft bitternes at the end.

Bottle from 2 be. Pours dirty gold with a transient white head. Aroma of light pitted fruits - light aroma. Med body. Flavor is malt with citrus and mild woody herby flavors. Finishes towards dry with moderate bitter. Very pleasing for a beer that’s light in flavor. Well, maybe it has a lot of light flavors that add together.

bottle. yellow, hazy. malts, cereal, some corn and a bit of sweetness and butter on the nose. body is medium, good carbonation. some oranges, pineapple, and malts again. very neutral, doesn’t leave much on the finish. ok.. but a bit boring.
