COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Gruut brown beer has a deep brownish colour with a golden touch and develops a delicate and stable foam. The degustation is surprising but very pleasant. The beer has character and the presence of abundantly much taste.

Backlog. Bottle shared with JMD at HNB 11.05.13. Unclear pale brown. Aroma of burnt caramel. Taste of caramel, with some bitterness and sourness. Sour aftertaste, with some caramel. Slightly lively carbonation. Decent drinkability.

From XXXII. In Teku glass. Playing Goodbye Deponia. Although I was eskeptical at this style without hops, ive been gladly surprise. Really nice taste and good aroma. 3 months after BB date. Ill try to get it fresh as well as trying to get other gruit brews.

Bottle at Den Turk, Gent, Sunday 18th October 2015. Pours a murky brown colour with creamy textured slim head. Sweet at first, it’s soft in the mouth a little bit thin, caramel and spices dominant amongst the key flavours. Fruit and tangy with a light nuttiness. Ok. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov13 3.2

Tasting set on draft at the brewery. Brown, made with nuts, pours a beautiful amber brown with a buttery nutty aroma. The taste is sweet butterscotch diacetyl which I am not sure if they were aiming for but for me it is a miss.
