Bottle. Strong coriander with some overly sweet notes in the nose (and, unfortunately, some corn), light yeast and otherwise pale malts in this pale yellow beer, hazed with a rich and jiggling creamy white head. Taste is mellow, rounded, a little bit of tang but otherwise smooth wheat and a welcoming yeast slurry. Very faint phenols. Medium body a bit watery at time, with soft and enduring carbonation. Very gentle, inoffensive take.

Very cloudy pale yellow beer, pretty big white creamy head, stable and adhesive. Aroma: citrus, wheat, some spices, a little sweet sugary note. MF: good carbon, light to medium body. Taste: pretty sour start, grains, wheat, but also a sweet honeyed touch. Aftertaste: sour, little bitter, spices, citric ending.

Lemon juice, yeast and wheat in aroma.
Flavour is yeast, wheat and citrus. Easy and drinkable Witbier.

Bottle from Beer Planet web shop. Hazy golden color with small white head. Aroma of lemon, yeast, coriander. Taste, sour with lemon, grapefruit some spices. Drinkable.

Bottle (33 cl) from bierzwerg.de. Cloudy milky white with a medium white head. Soft estery malt aroma with some bananas and faint spices. Medium bodied with the perfect creamy texture and soft carbonation. Semi dry with low bitterness, and a lack of the typical wit acidity.

On tap at the brewpub. It poured a hazy pale yellow liquid with a white head. Fresh smell of citrus, lemon juice, coriander. Mild taste that didn’t quite match the smell. Slightly sweet citrus. Nice smell but a bit to mild. However fresh and easy to drink.

33cl bottle from Bierzwerg, BBE 01/2013. Poured pale yellow with an everlasting white head, nice lacing. Strong wheat, spicy, yeasty aroma. Flavor is very similar, quite fizzy, sodalike. High drinkability.

Very pale light yellow coloured beer with lots of carbonation and a large white head. Light sweet herby hinted aroma with some short malty to yeasty touches. Medium palate. Finish is short sweet bitter malty with a longer dry grainy herby ending. Medium.
