Aroma is wheat, lemon, yeast and some light bread notes. Flavor is lemony and yeasty. Smooth and creamy. Aroma is lemon, musty yeast, light malt. Taste is lemon, musty yeast, light malt/wheat, some herbal. Mild carbonation. Enjoyable. Nose is very grainy with soft lemon, yeast and spice. Taste is soft wheat flavors, semi-sweet malts, dried fruit, light lemon and yeast. Rather tasty! Body is light and refreshing with a pleasant effervescence. Ends with more grains and wheat, soft lemon, yeast and spices. Bit better than most Belgian wits I’ve had.
